How the current directory handles information you provide.
Search inputs
Search uses AI to understand queries and match stored multilingual resource translations and tags. Search queries and searchable resource content are processed by an external AI service. Its retention policies apply; AI may be unavailable or inaccurate. Do not enter personal or medical records. Administrator AI source parsing remains available; submitted source material is sent to the configured AI provider for review proposals only.
The application does not save symptom search text to its database or include it in application logs. It keeps hashed IP-based rate-limit counters and usage counts; IP-window counters older than 48 hours are cleaned up by usage tracking. Hosting infrastructure may process request information separately.
Resource directory only
The first release supports resource entry and search. It does not offer customer registration, sign-in, consultations or patient-record uploads.
Resource comparisons and saved resource IDs stay in this browser; they are not synchronized to a customer account.
Browser preferences and management sessions
Search and filter state is kept only in this page session’s memory for up to 30 minutes so you can return from resource details. Reloading or closing the page clears it. Language and theme choices are saved in this browser’s local storage. You can remove them through your browser settings.
Management sign-in uses a secure session cookie with an eight-hour lifetime. It is used for authorization and is not a public advertising tracker.
Directory information and source material
Public resource profiles, images and source evidence are stored using Cloudflare services. Source snapshots may be retained for review and updates. Draft and inactive resources are excluded from public listings.
Public profiles may contain professional contact details from providers or published sources. They are not a channel for collecting patient medical records.
External websites and questions
Provider and source links lead to independent websites with their own privacy practices. Review those before sharing personal information.
